Shipping policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: 1) Processing time; & 2) Shipping time.

Processing time: All orders are shipped between Monday to Friday from the hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm (except on holidays. Orders are shipped are shipped from our office in Ottawa, Canada. Orders received prior to 2:00pm will be shipped same day. Orders received after 2:00pm, on evenings and weekends will be shipped the next available business day.

Shipping time (Canada): All orders shipped within Canada come with a tracking number. Delivery time is based on location and selected delivery method. Shipping time is typically between 1 and 6 business days.

Shipping time (Rest of world): Delivery time is based on location and selected delivery method. International surface orders typically take roughly 90 days. We highly recommend choosing any air method of delivery. Although more expensive, it will arrive much faster. Delivery time via air typically take between 7 and 21 business days.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not ship to the United States, European Union or other nations that have banned seal products.
